I recently saw Giovanni at Melbourne Massage and Treatment in Fitzroy North for a lymphatic drainage massage and separate fitness classes, and I couldn’t recommend him more. From the moment I walked in, he took the time to understand my needs – especially my gut health concerns (ulcerative colitis) – and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. The massage left me completely relaxed, and his genuine care really showed. For the exercise classes, Giovanni was patient, attentive, and careful, making sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. He’s not only knowledgeable and skilled, but also friendly and genuinely caring. I left feeling lighter, stronger, and well looked after. I’ll definitely be returning. ~ Irene D
I can’t recommend Giovanni at Melbourne Massage and Treatment highly enough. I had been suffering debilitating shoulder pain for more than 12 months and had tried multiple therapies with little success. My doctor suggested I see Giovanni after hearing excellent feedback from other patients — and I’m so glad she did. After just one session, the shoulder pain that had been tormenting me for so long disappeared. Giovanni has an exceptional understanding of anatomy and biomechanics, and his ability to quickly identify and treat the root cause of a problem is impressive. He is also professional, personable and easy to be around. I was so impressed that I now attend regular fitness classes with him to improve my range of motion and strength. Highly recommended. ~ Paul
Giovanni is incredibly knowledgable and insightful about the connection between our mind and body and how daily habits can translate into tensions in the body. It was definitely a different Thai massage experience because he is sincere in helping his clients by educating them about self-awareness and I find that incredibly empowering. I noticed a difference in my body before and after the massage: there was more range of motion in my limbs (I never knew my body was this tense) and every muscle just felt much more relaxed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a really good Thai massage, or seeking to understand their body better or simply wanting to learn how to be healthier in life! ~ Adeline T
